Raw goat cheese (raw goat milk, dried Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis fermentation product, dried Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris fermentation product, and microbial rennet) with organic blueberries.
Keep frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or at room temperature. Store in package wax bag, or sealed in glass container for optimal moisture. Good for 14 days refrigerated. Keep raw cheese separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces, utensils, hands, and any other items that come in contact with raw cheese with hot, soapy water.
