Home Delivery

We, at The Animal Park Marketplace, understand that it is not easy to make it in to the store during regular store hours. So, to help make your life one step easier we are offering Home Delivery when you order online.

When checking out select ‘Deliver’ and the day you would like it delivered to you.

Once your order is out for delivery on the day you selected, you'll receive an email letting you it has been shipped.

 What are your delivery days?

Our delivery days are Monday & Thursday unless otherwise noted. We also do same-day delivery for an additional cost.

What if I need my items today? Do you offer Same-Day delivery?

Yes! If you place your order before 3 pm (MST) your order will be delivered the same day.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is FREE with orders over $79, under is a fee of $5.49.

Same-day delivery has a fee of $7.49. 

Where do you deliver to?

Our delivery route is along I-15 from North Ogden to the point of Draper. 

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

Nope! However we do ask that if you are having any frozen product delivered, to leave some type of cooler in a conspicuous location for us to place it in.

Can I use coupons for an order placed online for in-store pickup?

Coupons are not currently accepted for online orders. 

Will you deliver special orders?

Yes! When placing the special order just ask for delivery. 

Are frozen products & raw food available for delivery?

Yes! We do ask that you place a cooler in a conspicuous location for us to place it in if you are not home.

How do I cancel or return my purchase?

Please contact Customer Care online or at 1-888-839-9638.

 How do I check my order status?

You may check your open order status by visiting your Order Tracking page on your account page. This is the quickest way to see the status of your order. Please note: The status may not be updated for up to 1 hour after your order was submitted.

 

In-Store Pickup

An added Service here at The Animal Park Marketplace, you may shop online and pick up your order at one of your local Animal Park locations.

When checking out select 'Pickup Local' and the location you would like to pick it up at.

If you need someone else to pick up the order for you, just let us know in the comments on the checkout screen who will be picking up the order.  All the information provided will never be used for marketing purposes.

Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email confirming you can come in and pick up your order.  We will send you a Thank You email confirming your order was picked up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if an item is eligible for pick up?

The 'in-store pickup' option will be indicated on the product page and in the shopping cart if the product you’ve selected is eligible for pick up.

When do I pick up my order?

Items that are in-stock can usually be picked up the same or the next day if your order was placed near store closing or when the store is closed. Once your order is ready, we will send you a 'Ready for Pick Up' email, usually within 1 hour. Store hours vary and are available in the 'select store' option during checkout. Store hours are also available on your Ready for Pickup email.

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

 If you need someone else to pick up the order for you, just let us know in the comments on the checkout screen who will be picking up the order. As well as having them bring a government-issued ID & a copy of your ‘Ready for Pickup’ email.

Where do I go and what do I bring with me to the store?

Go to the first register and bring a government-issued ID. For faster checkout, bring your ‘Ready for Pickup' email in print or on your mobile phone. An associate will retrieve your order for you.

Can I use coupons for an order placed online for in-store pickup?

Coupons are not currently accepted for in-store pickup orders. Valid site promotion codes and application of Treats points may be used on eligible in-store pickup orders.

How long do I have to pick up my orders?

Orders not picked up within 5 days will be returned to stock and we will issue a refund. Refunds will only be made on the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
